SEX/NUDITY 4 - A young woman imagines her boyfriend climbing on top of her in bed and kissing her; he kisses down her chest and she sees his head covered by black strands and she wakes up in a start.
 A young woman wearing a camisole and boy shorts lies on a bed with a young man (we see her cleavage, bare upper chest and shoulders along with her legs to the hips and partial bare buttocks). A young man and a young woman kiss (we also see his bare chest and abdomen); she then climbs on top of him and they talk. A young man and a young woman SKYPE and she unfastens her hair clip and unbuttons her top while the man watches her and she is interrupted when two other young men come into the room and the man leaves with them. A young man and a young woman sleep together; he is shirtless and we see his bare back, chest and abdomen. A young man and a young woman hug and kiss goodbye.
 A young woman wearing a low-cut top leans toward a computer monitor and reveals cleavage. A young woman wears a low-cut top that reveals cleavage. A young woman wears a low-cut top that reveals cleavage. A young man is shown wearing boxers and we see his bare chest, abdomen, back and legs.

VIOLENCE/GORE 6 - A woman places a plastic bag over a young girl's head and shoves her into a well; we hear that the child survived in the well for seven days before dying. A young woman finds a badly injured man in an overturned car (we see blood on his head and face and he gasps); a pole with a power line falls toward her and the car and sparks a pool of water that then electrocutes the wounded man, killing him.
 A man is nervous when an airplane experiences turbulence and his nose bleeds; he rushes to the bathroom, the plane dives, black liquid floods out from under the bathroom door, he sees the pilots unconscious and flies swarm through the windshield (we understand that the plane crashed and the man died, probably others also, but do not see the incident). A young woman is frightened and her TV turns on by itself, we see grainy images as the woman unplugs the TV, it comes back on again and she pulls it off the wall, black water pours onto the floor and we see a woman crawling out from under the TV (her skin is gray-tinged and she has long black hair hanging over her face) and she moves toward the other woman who screams when we see her face with bloodshot eyes and grey skin; we later see the young woman dead with her face distorted and grey skin as her head tips back with a loud crack.
 A man throws a young woman to the floor and strangles her; she thrashes and struggles to get free until the man turns and sees a young woman moving toward him and he falls dead with distorted features and grey-tinged skin.
 A man hits a young man in the head with a walking stick (we see him with a bruise later). A man holds a young woman's head onto a table and holds a walking stick over her while yelling and she hits him in the head with a cup that breaks and cuts his head (we see blood); she tries to open a window and cuts her finger (we see blood on the glass), she hides under a table and the man slams her leg with the stick. A young woman yells at another young woman, slams her against a wall and her nose bleeds; they tussle and the second young woman hides in a bathroom where she hears sounds of the other woman being attacked by something. A man and a young woman struggle at the top of a flight of stairs and the man falls back and down the stairs and we hear a crack (he lies motionless and it is not clear if he is dead).
 A telephone receiver burns a young woman's hand and we see the melted plastic of the receiver and a red mark on the young woman's hand. A young woman hears whispering on the other side of a cemetery marker and when she pulls the stone away she sees writing on the walls that frighten her; when she crawls inside something closes her inside and she panics, she imagines that she is shackled and dragged toward a well (she is OK later). A young woman imagines something hitting the windshield of the car she is riding in and the driver swerves; she gets out of the car and finds an injured bird on the road and when she steps toward the bird she is nearly run down by a truck. A large dog barks at a young man and a young woman. Many cicadas swarm around windows of a house and through a hole into the house. A young man breaks a window and climbs in to a house.
 We see a grainy black and white video several times throughout the movie and it contains images of dead animals, flocks of birds swooping, a woman falling off a cliff and a well opening (sometimes we see a young woman pulling herself out of the well with her long hair covering her face). A young woman watches a grainy black and white video and we see a finger being pierced by a nail and the skin pulls away, we see an injured bird flapping a wing while lying on the ground; later the video contains a fetus in a small box, a snake eating its own tail, and a skeleton in flames. A man looks out a window and sees rainy falling up and flowing up on window panes. We see several portrait photographs of young men and young women and their features are distorted.
 A young woman breaks a wall open and finds a skeleton behind it. A young woman finds evidence of someone having been held captive in a room (we see bed and hash marks on the walls). We see several newspaper articles about a young girl's disappearance and then her body being found.
 A young woman follows a man in an elevator to a room where people are watching video screens and a young woman yells at him; she appears frightened. A man says, "She showed me things that no one should ever have to imagine and then I went blind." A man says, "She was trying to kill our child. I should have let her." A young man tells the story of Orpheus and how he lost his love after traveling to Hades to recover her. A reference is made to an abandoned child and then that there was something evil about her. We hear about a town flooding and we see a large flock of birds swarming over a cemetery. A man says that he blinded himself.
 A young woman gags and coughs and spits out a hair ball after pulling a long strand of hair out of her mouth. A young woman peels some skin off a spot on her hand we see grey flesh. A young man is shown shirtless while sleeping and we see a bruise of a handprint on his back. A fly crawls out of a lit marijuana cigarette and a man tries unsuccessfully to smash it on a window. A young woman's nose bleeds. A cicada crawls out of a slimy fur ball that was coughed up by a young woman.

LANGUAGE 3 - 1 scatological term, 2 anatomical terms, 4 mild obscenities, name-calling (evil), exclamations (shut-up), 1 religious exclamation (Jesus).

SUBSTANCE USE - A man lights and smokes a marijuana cigarette. A man drinks a glass of wine, and a man drinks whiskey.

DISCUSSION TOPICS - Spirits, souls, life after death, self-sacrifice, murder, unwanted pregnancy, Greek mythology.

MESSAGE - Don't watch VHS tapes.
