An awkward groom (Josh Gad) uses a rent-a-groomsman business to find a best man and ushers for his wedding. SEX/NUDITY 6 - A woman at a party spreads peanut butter on a blindfolded, handcuffed man's face and licks it off, she then rubs peanut butter below the frame (implied on genitals) and calls a dog to lick it; we briefly see the dog licking at baggy boxer shorts, and then biting and pulling a pink object (a penis shaft that looks like rubber) as the man yells in pain and another man fires a gun into the air and someone shouts that the dog is dead, but we see the dog merely passed out, attached to the first man's boxers.
 A man and a woman live together, and he takes her hand and kisses it up to the shoulder, and then asks for sex and she says they must abstain for 30 days to make their wedding night special.
 A woman squats to give a man oral sex below the frame, but he says, "No." Two clothed men simulate anal sex briefly. A woman sits in a man's lap and removes a lime slice from his mouth with her teeth; she rubs something below the frame and the camera lowers to show a dog.  A man takes off his shirt to reveal his bare chest and he flexes his pectorals; he repeats this action at a wedding reception toward a woman that smiles and rubs his chest. A pool party features dozens of women wearing skimpy bikinis, halter-tops and short-shorts that reveal a lot of cleavage; the sides of breasts in halter-tops are also visible. A woman talks about a special song playing when she and her fiancé first made love and he reminds her that it was not him, but a previous boyfriend. A man asks a Catholic army chaplain if the military has a "Don't ask don't tell policy" for child molesters; then he belittles two men and implies that they are gay. A man says another man lost his virginity. A man mumbles something about nipples. In two scenes, a man opens his trousers below the frame and says, "Look, three balls." In a group of men and women, one man grabs his crotch and calls out "Suck it" twice. A woman tells a man, "Stop crying like a little girl and strap on a pair."
 Two men practice dancing together at a wedding reception, embracing during a slow number while during another song they writhe their hips suggestively. Two women shimmy at a microphone as they sing; their bosoms bounce slightly.

VIOLENCE/GORE 5 - A man at a family dinner upturns a pot of chili into another man's lap (he screams) and an elderly woman catches fire, tips backward in her chair and we see tall flames as the curtains catch fire and the other people pull off the tablecloth to put out the flames; the camera cuts to a hospital waiting room and we hear that the woman has minor burns.

 Many people cram into a van and rush to a hospital, but they are stopped by a police officer in a cruiser and he asks them why a dog is biting a man's genitals; the driver speeds away, hitting signs, parking meters and road bumps and we later see a dog in a cervical neck brace as we hear that the bitten man, lying in a hospital bed, had stitches in his penis (we do not see it). A man crunches his shoulder, dislocating it and slams into a wall to put it back as a party trick; he then dislocates it at a wedding reception to impress a woman.
 Two men kidnap a groom for a bachelor party by putting a hood on his head and tying his hands behind him as he shouts, and then throw him into the back of a pickup truck where he rolls out and into the street; he runs through traffic without getting struck and slams face down onto the sidewalk with a loud smack (we see no injuries). Two men put ski masks on and kidnap a priest from his church without harming him. A man gives a funeral eulogy and then speeds his car away from the cemetery, nearly hitting a man by the side of the road. A van crashes through a road-closed sign and successfully jumps a gap in a bridge.
 Several retired NFL and college football players challenge a group of younger non-athletes to a game on a muddy field, belittling them and sneering; one younger man poses as a paraplegic and sits in a wheelchair (the older men knock him down anyway) while one older man laughs, shouts "bitch" and "pussy," and then makes pelvic thrusts toward the younger men; the older men slam the younger men into the mud several times and we hear a lot of shouting before the younger men slam the older men even harder, with more shouting from everyone, ending up in a large pile-on; one man is injured and we see him holding his knee (we see him fully recovered later).
 A large man calls a smaller man "Menudo" and pushes him roughly though a doorway. Two men have a loud argument at home about food. A woman screams and nags at her husband, jumping on his back and hitting him on the head with her hands (he is not harmed). A woman screams and curses at her fiancé several times and slaps him in the face at their wedding. A man hits a middle school boy in the stomach with a hard ball and the boy falls over, clutching his stomach and moaning. Men and women run at a line of baseball pitching machines in action and two men are struck in the head with balls; they fall down, groaning, but show no wounds or bruises. Two men dancing together for practice each slap the other in the face during a tango. A man sits on a glass-topped desk and shatters it loudly, shouting for help (we see no injuries).
 An elderly woman is shown sitting in a banquet chair, staring at the ceiling, open-mouthed and unmoving; her face is pale, with rouge on the cheeks.
 A man says that several of his peers look like The Gooneys if they grew up to be rapists.
 A man gags when he tastes bleu cheese yogurt, but he does not vomit. A man flosses his teeth in a mirror, but we see no debris. A man stands at a urinal with his back to the camera (we see no flesh and hear nothing).

SUBSTANCE USE - A man leaving a hospital admits to a friend that he accepted and swallowed a sedative (he shows no sign of drowsiness), a man at a dinner table says that he used crystal meth and used "everything else" until God saved him from drugs (we see no drugs) and that he injected drugs between his toes, and men drink bottles of beer and one man lights a marijuana cigarette stuck in a coconut and sings "put the weed in the coconut and light the [scatological term deleted] up." Several large parties and banquets feature tables covered in many partially filled glasses of wine and champagne and men and women drink from the glasses while a few men drink short glasses of whiskey, a man makes a toast at three weddings and drinks glasses of champagne, many men and women in a van drink from beer bottles and glasses of alcoholic beverages (a police officer stops them and ask if they have been drinking but they deny it), a large party on an airplane features men and women drinking beer from bottles as well as glasses of whiskey and tall tropical drinks, two men at a banquet drink shots of liquor, men and women in a hotel lobby drink glasses of wine, men and women at a family dinner drink wine, a man in an office pours whisky from a decanter into short glasses for himself and a client and the first man drinks, men drink bottles of beer at a bowling alley, two men drink from a bottle of bourbon at an empty swimming pool, a large table in a hotel room is littered with energy drink cans (it is implied that two men have drunk them), two men drink from green cans that could be beer or energy drinks, and men in a set of photos hold unlit cigars and glasses of champagne.
