A teen girl asks her father if a woman outside is a hooker and acts excited when she thinks her father has a prostitute. A teen girl remarks to her father and stepmother, using crude terms, that she is going to become a stripper. A woman tells several people that she had previously been a stripper and would occasionally perform "sexual acts" on men but had "changed her ways." A man tells his foster daughter that his wife cannot have children and the girl asks if it is because the woman's genitals are broken. ► A man is obviously injured in a car accident after his wife rams his car and we see him holding an ice pack over his crotch as he moans in pain when he stands up.

► We see two body bags being loaded into an ambulance as a girl watches (it is implied that her two elderly foster parents have died). We see black-and-white photographs of a dead cow, as a narrator's voiceover explains that a cow had been struck by lightning.
► We see a woman's butter carving recreation of the JFK shooting, including a replica man with a portion of his head blown off. A girl demonstrates a guillotine that chops off a butter sculpture's head. We see a butter sculpture where a man appears to be hitting a woman.
